The Ring
This is getting eerie.Stuart bought a 24-ounce can of Trader Joe's coffee beans on Sunday evening--evening--and this is Tuesday, am I right?
They're gone. All of them. They are all gone. That's more than a pound of coffee in three days.
And I'm the only one drinking it most mornings.
What most? Two mornings. I'm not drinking it on my all-nighters, I swear. That's when I steal Stuart's Diet Coke.
So I must be drinking all this coffee on my own. But that would mean...that I'm writing again! Hey, I'm working on my novel! I must be, because I'm eating all these cookies and drinking coffee I don't even know about.
Unless...something unexplainable is happening around here. I'm hiding the remote, just in case.
I hide it a lot, anyway.

My sister's recent cure to remote magnetism: canceled her cable. Voice on the line said, "Is there a problem with your cable m'am?" My sister replied, "Yes, I'm watching it."
Two weeks later, she finds herself not only still watching TV, but now, it's BAD TV. So her solution: Get rid of the TV. She's back in action.
Dana, you need a blog. I would read you daily! (Did you notice the Noise post, previous? That one was for you). xxx, lws
Good for you, Lisa! Sounds like you're getting "the flow" - meaning you get so caught up in what you're doing (writing) that you sort of loose yourself. That's supposed to be very healthy indeed (mentally that is; coffe and cookies - not so much... ;o)
Take care now!

btw! I once ditched my TV on account of it "stealing my life". I was without it for 6 months and it was truly great! Now I use my DVD-recorder to control it all...
Maybe I should ditch my computer. And maybe my job. They are both stealing my life.
