Incredible links. And, incredibly, I think you are approaching the finish line (first, by a nose) with one more post on this subject, having mined it for more nuggets than a McDonald's chicken.
In college I had a professor who once and wisely wrote on the bottom of one of my more sophmoric papers,
"Mr.______: If something isn't worth doing, is it worth doing well?"
